NON-SLIP COATING: SlipDoctors Deck Grip is a non-yellowing, water-based acrylic sealer & protector, which does not contain silicone, wax or oil. Deck Grip leaves your floor with an enhanced finish that is slip resistant, yet barefoot friendly. The clear, semi-gloss finish is chemical & UV resistant, as well as resistant to de-icing salts & chlorine. Available in Gallon (treats 300-600 feet) or 5-Gallon Pail (treats 1500-3000 feet). Coverage is dependent on surface porosity.
SUITABLE SURFACES: Deck Grip is ideal for use on sealed or unsealed concrete, natural & manufactured stone, stained or unstained concrete, stamped or exposed aggregate concrete, brick, slate, sealed or unsealed tile & flagstone. Use Deck Grip on garage floors, driveways & sidewalks, pool decks & patios, entryways, as well as, warehouse & retail floors. Not for use on wood or composite wood surfaces.
LONG LASTING: If applied & maintained correctly, your floor will remain slip resistant for 2 years or longer. To maintain the surface after coating it with Deck Grip, routinely sweep and rinse using light pressure. To remove oily deposits or other foreign matters, use a pH-neutral cleaner and scrub lightly with a soft bristle deck brush.
SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE: Deck Grip is almost odorless & requires only moderate surface prep prior to treatment. Read & follow instructions carefully. Clean & dry the surface & apply Deck Grip with a 3/8” nap roller (included). Two thin coats are recommended. Some surfaces may require the surface to be lightly sanded to promote adhesion prior to application. Dry time is 6-12 hours for light traffic & 24 hours for normal traffic.
APPLICATION: Please start with a clean dry surface prior to application. Allow 24 hours to cure. Apply 2 thin coats for best durability and slip resistance. NOTE: Some textured surfaces require 3 coats for best ... view more
