Product Details

DESIGN: This Splatter Screen made of fine metal mesh, numerous small holes to allow steam to exit the pan but not oil. This has two main purposes: droplets of hot oil can cause dangerous burns if they land on the skin, and, if they land elsewhere, can cause stains. The handle down/up metal sheet on the screen center folds flat for ease of removal and safety, and the handle does not conduct heat. We offer 3 sizes (in 10", 11 1/2", 13") It's suitable for almost any size of pot or pan. OPERATION: The stainless steel mesh splatter screen is the best option for most high-heat frying and sautéing, as it allows optimal evaporation and is incredibly sturdy even at the highest heat. The extra-fine mesh blocks water and oil splatters and won’t warp and rust over time. It is exceptionally durable due to the rigid metal spine. MULTIFUNCTON: The splatter screens are super helpful when cooking pork chops, frying bacon, letting sauces simmer, frying eggs, and more, The splatter screens can also be used for draining and straining pans, to steam vegetables on top if it while cooking or as a cooling rack for cupcakes and cookies. QUALITY: Food grade 304 stainless steel material, rust resistant, sturdy and durable. Does not leave strange tastes. EASY TO CLEAN: Dishwasher safe.
